Thank you for choosing Minibus.al. This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions that apply to cancellations, refunds and changes to reservations for all private transportation services booked through our website or directly with our team.<\/p>

By confirming a reservation, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund Policy.<\/p>

1. Reservation Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>

A reservation is considered confirmed only after Minibus.al has received the required deposit or prepayment.<\/p>

After confirmation of the reservation, the vehicle, driver and operational planning are reserved specifically for your trip and cannot be offered to another customer.<\/p>

2. Non-refundable Deposit<\/strong><\/p>

A deposit is required to confirm a reservation.<\/p>

The deposit is completely non-refundable.<\/p>

The deposit covers administrative costs, vehicle reservation, itinerary planning, driver organization, logistical coordination, and blocking availability for the reserved dates.<\/p>

Regardless of the reason for cancellation, including change of personal plans, flight cancellation or delay, visa refusal, weather conditions or any other circumstances not related to Minibus.al, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>

3. Right to Refund<\/strong><\/p>

Any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be subject to a partial refund, only after review by Minibus.al.<\/p>

Each case is assessed individually, as operating costs begin immediately after booking confirmation.<\/p>

Minibus.al reserves the right to reject the refund request if the operating expenses incurred are equal to or higher than the amount paid.<\/p>

4. Pricing Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Prices for each transportation service are calculated individually.<\/p>

The final price depends on various factors, including but not limited to:<\/p>

total distance of the trip;
number of days of service;
vehicle category;
driver's working hours;
season and availability;
road tolls, parking and ferries;
driver's accommodation and per diems, when necessary.<\/p>

For this reason, two bookings with similar itineraries may have different prices.<\/p>

5. Cancellation During Service Development<\/strong><\/p>

If the customer requests cancellation or refund after the transportation service has begun, including multi-day tours or after part of the itinerary has been completed, Minibus.al reserves the right not to issue any refund.<\/p>

In these cases, the vehicle, driver, accommodation, logistical planning and operational costs have already been committed and cannot be recovered.<\/p>

Any decision on a refund in these circumstances remains at the sole discretion of Minibus.al.<\/p>

6. Change of Reservation<\/strong><\/p>

Requests to change the date, time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, or itinerary are subject to vehicle and driver availability.<\/p>

If the changes result in additional operating costs, the customer will be informed and will have to cover the corresponding difference.<\/p>

Minibus.al does not guarantee that every change can be implemented.<\/p>

7. Reimbursement Deadline<\/strong><\/p>

In the event that a refund is approved by Minibus.al, it will be made, when possible, to the same payment method used during the reservation.<\/p>

Processing an approved refund can take up to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.<\/p>

Bank commissions, payment processing fees, currency conversion costs or other transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/p>

8. Great Force<\/p>

Minibus.al is not responsible for cancellations, delays or interruptions of service caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to:<\/p>
