Terms and Conditions of Use

All reservations with Minibus.al are subject to these Terms and Conditions. A reservation is considered confirmed and valid once confirmation has been received (in writing or verbally) and, where applicable, the deposit has been paid.

In these conditions, “the Company” refers to Minibus.al, a transportation service operating legally in Albania and the Balkan region.

We always strive to provide a safe, reliable, and professional service. However, in extraordinary circumstances such as traffic, road delays, or unforeseen situations, there may be changes to schedules or itineraries. In any case, our team will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience and find the best solution for you.

Prices are based on the terms and rates at the time of booking and may change depending on external factors. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the trip remains the client's responsibility.

Reservation and Payment

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is usually required. The remaining balance can be paid as agreed. If accommodation and meals for the driver are provided by us, payment for the accommodation and driver is made in advance because we need to reserve the driver's accommodation as prices fluctuate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. The closer to the travel date the cancellation is made, the higher the fee may be. In the event of a “no-show,” the reservation will be considered completed and no refund will be provided. Usually only the 20% deposit is charged because it covers our logistical costs.

Service and Responsibilities

Our drivers are professionals and responsible for safety throughout the entire trip. They have the right to refuse service if they believe that safety is at risk.

Rules while traveling

For a pleasant experience for everyone:

Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.;

Fast food consumption is not allowed.;
Alcohol is allowed only by prior arrangement.;
Passengers must comply with safety rules and the driver's instructions.

Luggage and personal items

We care about your comfort, but we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the trip. Please be sure to check your luggage before and after your journey.
